Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. He launched Listening Heart Ministries in 2020 for pastors and leaders who need a listening ear and a friend in ministry. Mark has been serving as a pastor to pastors for many years, gifted in the areas of encouragement, listening, motivation, and coaching. A gifted public speaker, Mark loves to “rally the troops” around the Pastor’s vision, inspiring the church to come together in unity around their primary purpose - reaching their world for Christ. Mark is also a passionate ministry mentor and coach. Mark and Jill love spending time together gardening and camping by the lake with his two married children and seven grandchildren.
